In contrast, this area is not very bicycling-friendly since bike riders are faced with quite a few slopes, and there are very few bike lanes. It is straightforward to park, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to drive to from anywhere in this part of the municipality. However, commuting by public transit is challenging in Pemberton Heights. Thankfully, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby.


Home buyers in this part of District of North Vancouver will appreciate that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away. Furthermore, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner.
