Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Moving around by bicycle is challenging in this neighbourhood as there are few bike lanes, and riding is rendered strenuous by the typically hilly terrain. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of Delta are located in places that are also not particularly conducive to those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult.
