Growing up in downtown Toronto, then moving to a rural community, has given me a unique perspective and appreciation for both urban and rural lifestyles. I specialize in both country properties and in-town, single family, condos and life-lease residential homes in Simcoe County and beyond. As a full member of Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and Barrie and District Board, I am data-rich with almost all of Ontario at my fingertips. Consistently achieving President's Gold and Platinum Awards for over 20 years now, means I am in the trenches and rolling with the punches of all market conditions.
