It is very easy to come across a parking spot, and nearby highways, such as Autoroute Félix-Leclerc, are very easy to drive to from anywhere in this part of Kirkland. On the other hand, public transit users may have few choices in this area due to the low service level. Thankfully, there is the Gare Beaurepaire on the Vaudreuil-Hudson Line. The neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Despite the fact that the terrain is quite flat, Angell Woods is not very appropriate for bicycling since the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive. It is also impractical for pedestrians to get around in this part of the city as daily errands are inconvenient to run on foot.

Angell Woods is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. Greenery is present in this part of Kirkland as there are numerous tree-lined streets. There are a few public green spaces close by for residents to unwind in and they are very well-situated, which makes them very easy to get to. This area is also good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as the streets tend to be quite calm - although there are still several louder sections, especially near one of the railway lines, Autoroute du Souvenir or Autoroute Félix-Leclerc.
