Walking is also not very practical for property owners in Moffat because meeting daily needs is very challenging on foot.

Character
Moffat is reasonably good for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. It is rather difficult to get to parks from most locations in the neighbourhood since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to relax in.
