Transportation
The car is usually the best method to move around in Moffat. Coming across a parking spot is generally easy. Getting around by bicycle is difficult in this neighbourhood as there are a good number of elevation changes, and the cycling network is quite bad. Walking is also not very practical for property owners in Moffat because meeting daily needs is very challenging on foot.
Services
This area does not contain any high schools or primary schools. In terms of eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is required to buy groceries.
Character
Moffat is reasonably good for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. It is rather difficult to get to parks from most locations in the neighbourhood since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to relax in.
