The car is usually the preferred transportation option in Ravensview. Parking is generally easy. In contrast, this neighbourhood is not very transit friendly. Ravensview is not very conducive to those who travel by foot as almost no daily needs can be met without having to resort to a car.

It is very rarely practical for home buyers in this part of Kingston to travel to the nearest grocery store by walking. With respect to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Ravensview. Additionally, daycares are not numerous and thus not always within walking distance.
Character
The noise levels in Ravensview are reasonably low, as the streets tend to be calm. Public green spaces aren't well-situated, making them rather challenging to access. Still, there are a few parks nearby for residents to enjoy.
