Transportation
Southwest is very car friendly. Accessing a place to park is generally easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Southwest is not very frequent. Thankfully, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not especially far from most properties. Most homes for sale in this part of Prince George are located in areas that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot since meeting daily needs is very difficult.
Services
Parents may find it difficult for their kids to get to high schools and primary schools as pedestrians. Moreover, daycares are not abundant and therefore may require a very long walk to get to. This part of the city is served by highly ranked elementary and secondary schools, like Westside Academy. Concerning food, a fraction of home buyers in Southwest may have the option to buy their groceries by walking, while others will have to use another means of transportation.
Character
Southwest is very quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. It is occasionally hard to access public green spaces within the neighbourhood since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few parks close by for residents to relax in.
