North Slope is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. This part of Nanaimo is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, public green spaces, including Sealand Park, are especially well-distributed and there are about 30 of them nearby for residents to check out, making it easy to get to them.
