Transportation
The preferred approach to move around in this area is very often a car. It is convenient to come across a parking spot, and it is a rather short car ride to the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from any location in this part of Abbotsford. In contrast, travelling by public transit is challenging in Townline. Thankfully, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. This area is not especially convenient for those who travel by foot because most day-to-day needs are at times difficult to meet by walking.
Services
Some house buyers in Townline may be able to travel to the closest grocery store on foot, while others will need another means of transportation. A small number of restaurants and cafes are available as well. When it comes to education, families will value the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from most houses for sale in Townline.
Character
The character of Townline is exemplified by its calm ambience. This area is quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although there are still several noisier sections, especially closer to Trans-Canada Highway. Finally, reaching parks is easy from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are approximately 20 of them close by for residents to explore.
