The favoured transportation option in this neighbourhood is usually driving. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, the public transit service in Fraser is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very convenient for walking because running daily errands is challenging. However, Fraser is reasonably suited for cycling because there are a fair number of bike lanes, and the topography is quite flat.

It is very rarely feasible for house buyers in this neighbourhood to do their grocery shopping by walking. Residents of this neighbourhood can enjoy a few restaurants. Concerning education, families will find that wherever their home is situated in this area, primary schools and daycares are close by. In contrast, there are no high schools in Fraser.

Fraser is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. This part of Edmonton is wonderful for those who need quiet areas, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, accessing public green spaces in the neighbourhood, including Fraser Park, is very easy since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit.
